Minor Flood Warning For The Mary River

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT TIARO
Flooding is no longer occurring along the Mary River at Dagun Pocket, Gympie and Miva. Downstream, river levels have fallen below the moderate flood level at Tiaro, with minor flooding occurring.
No significant rainfall is forecast for the next few days.

Mary River to Gympie:
Minor flooding no longer occurring along the Mary River to Gympie.
No current river level observations are available for the Mary River at Dagun Pocket. The river level is estimated to be below the minor flood level (7.00 m).
The Mary River at Dagun Pocket is expected to remain below the minor flood level (7.00 m).

The Mary River at Gympie is currently at 2.91 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (6.00 m).
The Mary River at Gympie is expected to remain below the minor flood level (6.00 m).

Mary River downstream of Gympie:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Mary River at Tiaro and Home Park. Flooding is no longer occurring at Miva.
The Mary River at Miva is currently at 7.44 metres and falling, below the minor flood level (7.50 m).
The Mary River at Miva is expected to remain below the minor flood level (7.50 m).

The Mary River at Tiaro is currently at 7.54 metres and falling, above the minor flood level (6.00 m).
The Mary River at Tiaro is expected to remain above the minor flood level (6.00 m) during Saturday.

The Mary River at Maryborough is currently at 2.60 metres and rising with the tide, below the minor flood level (5.00 m).
The Mary River at Maryborough is expected to remain below the minor flood level (5.00 m).

Tinana Creek:
Creek levels are falling along Tinana Creek.
Six Mile Creek:
Cancellation

No significant rainfall is forecast across the Upper Brisbane catchment in the next few days.

Brisbane River to Wivenhoe Dam:
Minor flooding is easing along the Upper Brisbane River at Devon Hills. Flooding is no longer occurring at Linville.
Brisbane River at Gregor Creek:
Cancellation
