The risk of severe thunderstorms has eased, but further thunderstorms may develop over the coming hours.
Weather Situation
A cold front approaching the state produced showers and thunderstorms through parts of southwestern WA.

Lower West and South West
This warning is now cancelled. Other warnings may be current. Please check www.bom.gov.au/warnings/.
75 mm was recorded at Wilyabrup in the 6 hours to 6:10 am.
64.6mm was recorded at Harman South Road in the 6 hours to 5:40am.
98 km/h wind gust was recorded at Cape Naturaliste at 5:07 am.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services advises that people should:
* Keep away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.
* Be careful of fallen trees, damaged buildings and debris.
* Be careful of fallen power lines. They are dangerous and should always be treated as live.
* Assess your home, car and property for damage.
* If damage has occurred take photos and contact your insurance company to organise permanent repairs.
* If your home or property has significant damage, like a badly damaged roof or flooding, call the SES on 132 500.
No further warnings will be issued for this event.
